An order becomes final once you have received an order confirmation email from us.
Payments can be made using the payment methods offered on our website, including iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other valid reasons.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes are not valid on items priced above €200, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We aim to deliver orders within 14 days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and are clearly displayed during checkout.
GBFashion is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as courier or postal services.
5. Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy and is returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

GBFashion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, resulting from the use of our products or services.

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
